How Our Clinic Works
- We take our own call and answer messages left at (805) 531-9400 in less than one hour. An email is sent in real-time to Dr. Rosaasen's cell phone when your message is left. After reviewing your chart, you will receive a call back unless you specify it as non-urgent.
- We use an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and integrated billing system from AthenaHealth. It is web-based software and allows us to access your billing and medical records online through a secure portal. We are able to send and receive patient prescriptions, referrals, laboratory data, and other patient related paperwork electronically to minimize mistakes and increase the efficiency of care for our patients.
- It is our goal to maintain open access scheduling to accommodate patients on a same-day or next-day basis.
